Rebecka is Swedish, creative at heart, and happiest when she is outdoors — whether that’s hiking, camping, or exploring somewhere beautiful.

Her love for photography started as a teenager, when she entered a photography competition and won her first camera. Since then, capturing feeling through a lens has become one of her favourite forms of art.

For Rebecka, photography is about more than taking beautiful images. It’s about noticing the quiet moments, the small details, the romance, and the emotion that can easily pass by in the rush of a wedding day.

Her heart is to create photos that make you feel something — images that hold your love story honestly and beautifully, so you can come back to them for years.

Josh is a film nerd at heart, with a love for movies, storytelling, football, and getting out for a surf when he can.

With over seven years of experience in videography, stepping into weddings felt natural. After receiving his own wedding photos, Josh realised how much he wished they had focused more on having a wedding film too — not because photos weren’t enough, but because there were parts of the day he wanted to hear and feel again. The laughter, the speeches, the voices, and the little moments that made the day theirs.

For Josh, a wedding film is another way of remembering one of the most special days of your life. It captures the sound, movement, atmosphere, and emotion in a way you can come back to again and again.

Shortly after we got married in 2024, we decided to turn a dream into reality. We combined our years of passion and experience in photography and videography and together became Zedala Creations. Today, we get to attend weddings together with cameras in our hands - and we absolutely love it. Josh films the story and Rebecka photographs the moments.
